Move It Memphis 10K & 5K

Register online, at any of the packet pick up locations, or on race day. We encourage you to pick up packets and register early to avoid any long lines on race day.

Worried about where to park? There will be free parking provided by the Memphis Grizzlies. You may park at the Fed Ex Fourm or the Grizzlies media lot on Linden. The Grizzlies do ask that all cars be removed by 1:00pm. If you are planning on making it a day in Downtown Memphis, there are several other parking lots located close by race headquarters that may be better for you. Carpooling with friends and family is a great idea.

8:00 am – 9:30 am	Packet Pickup, Race Day Registration Located at the main entrance of W.C. Handy Park
9:30 am – 9:50 am	Germantown Athletic Club leads warm up stretch at Handy Park Pavilion. Runners make their way to the starting line located on Beale St. just east of Handy Park.
9:50 am – 10:00 am	Last minute race instructions and Recognition of Race Sponsors
10:00 am	Race Starts Promptly with 10K and 5K runners starting together.
10:15 am – 11:30 am	Live Music by Swelter, The Food and Beverage Tent is open to all participants, and Vendor Tents are open for your viewing.
11:30 am	Awards Ceremony starts beginning with 5k results
